Cash On Delivery / Home Delivery

• Available (All over Bangladesh).
• Order Process time takes at least 24 hours.
• We call to verify number and confirm order.
• We suggest creating an unboxing video of your product. This allows you to inform us or the delivery person promptly if you notice any mismatch or damages upon receiving your order.

Fraud Order Alert

• If you order a product on COD(Cash On Delivery) and you don't receive the item, which is delivered by delivery person safe and properly (and the product has no problem), and cancel the order without giving us proper reason then you will have to pay the delivery charge. Else your number will be recorded as fraud in pataho and steadfast fraud check API, which may will cause you trouble the next time you order anything from any online shop..

Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka approximately 24-72 hours (Delivery Time).
• Outside Dhaka approximately 2-5 days (Delivery Time).
• Customer can check the product in front of the delivery person.

Delivery Cost

• Inside Dhaka: Charges range from 60/- to 70/- (DEPENDS ON PRODUCTS).
• Outside Dhaka: Charges are 120/- to 130/-.
• Final charges vary based on product type, size, and weight, displayed during checkout.

Return/Replacement Warranty

• We have basic 3 days replacement warranty.
• If the product is not genuine/original (Must notify within 24 hours).
• If you received a physically damaged Product after opening package (Must notify in-front of delivery man or send unboxing video).
• If the Product is completely different from the picture on the website.

Refund Process

• If we cannot provide replacement.
• If you changed your mind & cancel order before the Products is already shipped.
• If a different Products is delivered to you.
• If you don’t want replacement (unopened item).
